SupportCenter is Web 2.0 (AJAX) Helpdesk and Customer Support Software. It offers very fast, easy to use and intuitive Web interface with a lot of unique features. SupportCenter can read emails from unlimited number of mail accounts (POP3), sort them into unlimited number of Queues with unlimited number of Rules and to unlimited number of support agents. It can process thousands of emails per hour. Main features are: - very fast User Interface (transmitted are just data by Ajax requests, not HTML code) - free installation by our support team included in price - unlimited number of support stuff users in price - multilingual - unlimited email accounts - validating quality of incomming emails, checking if emails exist (avoids sending emails to nonexisting emails) - powerfull and robust mail parser
