how do I obtain an Exchange mailbox?

Faculty & Staff

Exchange accounts are available to WPI faculty and staff. A Windows ADMIN domain account is required to use the WPI Exchange server. If you do not have any WPI computer accounts, then your department head must complete and sign the Request for CCC Administrative Computer Accounts Form which can be found on the Human Resources web site. Once completed, the form should be returned to Human Resources. If the Request for CCC Administrative Accounts Form is already on record, then all that is required to receive an Exchange account is to contact the Helpdesk

Students

Anyone with a Windows STUDENT domain account automatically receives a Student Exchange account. For the full instructions, see the WPI Exchange Server Guide for Students.
