Opening your calendar in Outlook, Entourage, or OWA

Because your calendar is stored on the Exchange server, any events you see in one client will be available in the others too. In other words, your calendar will look basically the same whether it's viewed in Outlook, Entourage, or OWA.

Calendar in Outlook Web Access (OWA)

To open the calendar in Outlook Web Access (OWA), do the following:

  1. log in with your ULID and password.
  2. Click Calendar on the left side of the window.
  3. Your calendar is displayed.

Calendar in Outlook 2003/2007

To open the calendar in Outlook 2003/2007, do the following:

  1. If you are off campus, connect with VPN.
  2. Open Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007.
  3. Click Calendar on the left side of the window, or click Go > Calendar.
  4. Locate the area labeled My Calendars on the left side of the window.
  5. Put a check mark next to your Exchange calendar. Your Exchange calendar may be named Calendar- not Calendar in Personal Folders.
  6. Your calendar is displayed.

Calendar in Entourage 2004

To open the calendar in Entourage 2004, do the following:

  1. If you are off campus, connect with VPN.
  2. Open Entourage 2004.
  3. Click the Calendar icon on the left, top of the window, or click Calendar in the folder list on the left.
  4. Select your Exchange calendar from the area on the left side of the window. Your Exchange calendar may be named Calendar [Your Name] - not Calendar [On My Computer].
  5. Your calendar is displayed.
