Calendar in Entourage 2004

To open the calendar in Entourage 2004, do the following:

1. Open Entourage 2004.
2. Click Calendar in the upper left corner of the window.

Set Up a Standard Workday

To set up a standard workday in Entourage 2004, do the following:

1. Within the calendar, click Entourage > Preferences....
2. Select Calendar on the left side, below General Preferences.
3. In the area labeled, Calendar work week:, put a check mark next to each day of the week that you work.
4. Change the Work hours: section to reflect your standard workday.
5. Click OK.

The background colors on your calendar change to reflect your standard workday.

The setting for your standard workday is stored by your local copy of Entourage. In other words, when you view your calendar in Outlook Web Access (OWA) or Outlook, it will display the default workday (8am to 5pm). If you want your standard workday to appear in another client, you will have to set it up like you did in Entourage.
